Arthur Higgins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor and has vast experience working with multiple generations. His collaborative approach in therapy has helped bring healing and recovery to ex-offenders, teens and adults struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues.

 

Arthur is dedicated to helping his client recognize their strengths and acquire new skills to achieve their goals. He will gently challenge you to move from a place of uncertainty to coming into your full potential. It is his hope to walk alongside you in your process of change and growth.

Arthur holds a Master’s Degree and Counseling from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University as well as postgraduate training in addictions and therapies.
